The Balvenie 14 yo Cuban Selection- 43% (Limited Edition) $140/oz
Rare and no longer produced. Only very few bottles available in the world. Matured in traditional oak whisky casks and finished in barrels that previously held cuban rum. The characteristic light fresh taste of cuban rum enhances The Balvenie’s vanilla notes in the finish while adding spicy aromatic qualities.

The Balvenie Caribbean Rum Cask 14 yo- 47% / $16/oz
Aged for 14 years in traditional oak casks, then aged for a further few months in a variety of different rum casks from the Carribean. The aroma is rich with notes of tropical fruits, namely passion fruit, and creamy toffee, while palate has sweet vanilla with notes of apples and mangoes with a hint of orange in the back.

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Havana Reserve- 40% / $236/oz
Rare and no longer in production. The short lived 'Havana' Reserve 21 year old Glenfiddich, which was removed from circulation due to causing issues in the US with it's association with Cuba. Finished in cuban rum casks, this whisky was replaced eventually with the current 21 year old Glenfiiddich Gran Reserva.

Glenfiddich 21 yo Rum Cask Finish- 43.2% / $39/oz
An exquisite, traditional Speyside whisky, rich and ripe. Patiently matured for 21 years and then finished for 4 months in caribbean rum casks, it awakens the liquid, rousing it with extra exotic notes of ginger, fig, lime and banana and a vibrant spicy toffee. Raised in Scotland. Roused by the Caribbean.

Macallan 18 yo Sherry Cask Finished- 43% / $49/oz
Distilled in 1995. Aged for 18 years in selected sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain. The result of ageing Macallan's spirit solely in sherry casks for 18 years is a full bodied, fruity whisky with notes of ginger, dried fruit, clove, orange and wood smoke.

The BernRiach 15 yo Dark Rum Finish- 43% (Very Limited Edition) / $34/oz
Matured in the traditional style in American bourbon barrels, this whisky is then‘finished’ in Dark Rum barrels, sourced from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. Toffee, cinnamon, apricots, rosehips and chocolate, with an avalanche of rum and sultanas in the finish.

Laphroaig 14 yo Rum Cask Finish- 56.2%(218 bottles produced) / $31/oz
Matured for 14 years in Caribbean rum casks. A fruity complex body, beautiful chocolate, fruit, smoke, a little meditin, very pleasant, in the throat behind a little spicy, on the palate you can taste light rum.

Springbank 12 yo Rum Wood matured- 54%(5,700 bottles) / $46/oz
From the “Wood Expressions” collection. Distilled in 1989 and matured for 12 years in hogsheads and traditional barrels, finished in rum wood. Sweet and smoky. Green apples and pears. Fresh cut grass.

Aberlour A’Bunadh Sherry Finish- 40% / $25/oz
Meaning 'the original' in Gaelic, A'bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming. Cask strenght and matured in spanish oloroso sherry butts. Hand-made from start to finish with each batch being created to ensure a rich and complex flavour. Robust and deeply intense, Sherried whisky.

Balvenie 21 yo PortWood Finish- 47.6%(218 bottles) $38/oz
Matured for 21 years in whisky oak casks and finished in 30 years old Portwood port pipes for few more months. A perfume of fruity and ripe raisin notes, backed by a nutty dryness.

Balvenie 12 yo Double Wood- 47.6%(218 bottles) $15/oz 
This Balvenie was matured in old sherry and bourbon casks. It makes this scotch interesting but also mild. The orange flavor and a deep sweetness make it a true gem among malt whiskies.

Ben Nevis 78.41 - A Real Sherry Monster- 57.1% (726 bottles edition) $25/oz
19 years old, distilled 31st September 1997, matured in refill Ex-Oloroso Sherry Butt. Really big fresh berries and fine sugars are joined by rich chocolate and coffee grounds, walnuts and dusty spices. Best enjoyed w/ a little bit of water.

Alambic Classique Dailuaine 30yo - 1983- 43.2% (138 bottles) $67/oz
Rare and Old Selection. Matured for 30 years in bourbon barrels and finished for 6 months in Guyana rum casks. Only 138 bottles produced. Single cask bottling at cask strenght. 

Glengoyne Teapot Dram Batch #2- 58.5%....(3,200 bottles) $58/oz
An incredibly popular Glengoyne not sold in stores, it is only available at the distillery. This is the second batch of the Teapot Dram. Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2012. Matured in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry casks.

Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish- 43% / $57/oz
Initially matured for 12 years in american oak casks and finished in Sherry butts for couple of years. Complex aroma with sweet sherry wine notes and traces of honey.

Cadenhead’s Small batch Collection 27 yo- 53.7% (617 bottles limited edition) $56/oz
Cask strenght, 27 years old. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels. The spirit was laid to rest in 1988 in a trio of re-fill sherry butts and then bottled in 2015 yielding 617 bottles. Like all Cadenhead’s small batch expressions, this whisky is non-chill filtered with no added colouring. 

Glendronach 23 yo 1990/2014- 52.3% (717 bottles) $65/oz
Distilled in August 1990, matured in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Puncheon for 23 years. Fruity with notes of orange and dried fig. A whisky for armagnac lovers.

Glengoyne 21 yo- 52.3%(Limited Edition) $43/oz
Matured for 21 years in Sherry casks, It is filled with sherry and floral flavours. Dried fruit and cinnamon warmth. There are also crisp, fresh apple notes. Perfect for after dinner.
IRELAND

Teeling 12 Years Old Single cask- 58.6% / $26/oz
Made from 100% Malted Barley. Single malt irish whiskey matured for 12 years in cabernet Sauvignon barrels from California. Vibrant with notes of melon, figs, toffee and lemon. Long finish with sweetness in harmony with dry tannin from the wood. 2016 World Whiskies Award Best Irish Single malt.

JAPAN

Suntory Yamazaki Limited Edition 2015- 43% / $162/oz
Blend of single malts aged over 20 years in sherry cask and younger single malts aged in Bourbon barrels. Named in 2015 World Whisky of the year. Winner of the 2016 International Whisky Awards.
